Hi friends!
Today brings us the latest in a series of vlogs I started last year, when I first arrived in Korea. This episode is a particularly delirious video filmed the night before starting at my hagwon. It’s so interesting looking back on this because I remember how I felt – and it ain’t how I feel now! I had no idea what was going to happen, didn’t really have any friends here and hadn’t even met my class. I was put into a crappy tiny apartment and was still not 100% sure I would be moving (thank God I did). I came here on a whim and this was the night before I was going to be faced with my reality for the next 12 months.
I am happy to say it all worked out, but I didn’t know that when this was taken!
So sit back, relax and enjoy my mispronunciation of soju… ‘sujo’ anyone?!
