Remember my Korean nails project? Just because I’ve left Korea, it doesn’t mean the craziness and living-on-the-edge has to stop, dear reader! Yep, for the first time in a while I’ve lacquered up my digits, and although my skills leave a lot to be desired, I wanted to report on this ASAP because this colour is oh so pretty.
Over here in Malaysia, the seasons aren’t really what they are everywhere else, but I know in the rest of the northern hemisphere (sorry, Australia) you are coming into spring. And this polish is the perfect spring colour. Doesn’t it just scream “newborn chickens and hay fever everywhere”?! Okay that might be taking it a bit extreme, but you get the gist (I hope). This is the perfect tulip-y colour for your paws that will brighten up your day and remind you that brighter days are ahead. Or something like that.
The thing I really love about this polish is the brush. This darn brush pretty much covers my whole nail, and if I wasn’t so anal OCD about the whole thing, I would be able to do my nails in one fell swoop. Alas, I like huffing and puffing and making things a little tricksy, but it really is possible to get an opaque layer in just one go. Anything that makes doing your nails easier is fine by me – and this brush really helps out on that front.
What else do I have to report? Well, as it’s on my nails right now it’s probably a bit premature to talk about its staying power, but I’ll be sure to keep you posted. For now, just know that I am loving this little taste of Korea and would highly recommend this colour and polish to anyone looking for a sunny, easy manicure. And really, at the end of the day, isn’t that what we all want?
These nail polishes are available at Amazon and W2Beauty. Perhaps not this colour – but certainly a million more!
