Today I am doing something a little bit different for y’all, and that is introducing a new Korean beauty store to you, my lovely reader. This online store in question is Wishtrend and the reasons why you should know about them are many and varied. Let me explain.
First of all, Wishtrend is a company specialising in Korean beauty products. We all know I’m a little a lot obsessed with K-beauty, and after living in Korea for 2 years I’ve come to understand how amazing and varied Korean products can be. However, outside of the well-known brands (oh hai, Nature Republic, Etude, Missha, Innisfree et. al.), I’m not too well-versed on the up-and-comers, the newbies, the next generation of Korean brands. And that’s where Wishtrend comes in.
One of the really interesting things about Wishtrend is the focus they put on new, lesser-known brands. I love discovering new products and thinking a bit outside the box, and if you’re after something different (with the same Korean beauty standards), then look no further. Also, I have been advised that everything is cruelty-free! Winning!
So what are some of the bestsellers on Wishtrend? You’ve probably heard of the OST Pure Vitamin C20 Serum (now rebranded as C21.5) thanks to Sheryll from The Wanderlust Project. They also stock a brand Klair’s (which looks eerily similar to Aesop, but don’t quote me on that…) which has been getting a bit of buzz on de blogs. Because I read a lot of blogs, I know these things.
Of course, they have a million other cute and quirky products that just scream Korea! And if I’m gonna be screaming, I want it to be about Korea. God I love that place so much! <3
Oh yeah, they also offer free shipping worldwide, which is basically up there with pancakes and and air conditioning in terms of awesomeness (I’ve learnt to love air con here in Malaysia. Hmm. I’ve been a little annoyed that Wishtrend is the only place I can get my C21.5 serum, since I’m a lot more used to shopping on RRS and TK, but your post has made me feel better about it. My “fun budget” is not happy with you.

I love Wishtrend because they have a lot of really unique skincare products. I wish their free shipping minimum was ever-so-slightly lower, but we can’t have everything, now can we? 😛
