Sippin’ a fresh orange + passionfruit juice 🙂

So… I’m in Malaysia!

Yep, it’s happened, and I couldn’t be happier. I know I have been off the radar for about a month, and I pray that you will forgive me, dear readers! You know, I’ve really missed blogging, and it was really difficult because for a while I didn’t quite feel like myself. Nothing terrible, I was just so busy and in the transitional stages between Korea and Malaysia, and I had a lot to get done by myself. I still don’t feel like absolutely everything was finished (I left a lot of stuff in my house…the new tenants sure won’t need to go shopping for a looong time), but in terms of the people I wanted to say goodbye to, everything was wrapped up. I tried to squeeze in as much as I could, and I really did do that.

So the Korea chapter of my life is closed (for now at least!). How about Malaysia?

Well, I absolutely love it here, and I am so so so happy to be here. I love it! When I walked off the plane, I couldn’t stop smiling. I actually had to tell myself to calm down because I felt like a bit of a weirdo slowly meandering through the terminal, looking at the lush green trees outside and stifling an ear-to-ear smile. Everyone else was rushing but honestly, I was just so happy to be there and I wanted to soak it all in. I really feel like this is a new start, and I am so excited to learn all about this new country. Plus, the food is awesome. And we all know that is a huuuuge plus.

So, what about all of my Guri Greats posts and other Korean posts I had in the works? I do have a few drafts I want to finish and get out to you guys, because there is still so much about Korea that I feel needs to be publicised and understood and appreciated, and I think they deserve all the kudos they can get. So over the next few weeks, there may be a mix of Korean and Malaysian posts, which might add a bit of flavour to this ol’ site of mine. I have a million things in my mind, and now I really feel like I can get it all down on digital paper and deliver it to you. And it feels so good!

I’ve decided that the best way to keep my content consistent is to make a blogging schedule. Shock, horror! Of course, I don’t yet have internet at our place, but the plan is to get it tonight. So, you can expect posts from me every MondayWednesday, Friday and Sunday.Yep, that’s a lot, but I know I can do it. I am planning on scheduling them to go live at 9:30am US Eastern Standard Time. I’ll be mixing up some of these with videos, maybe Sample Sundays (I have cut down on a lot of products but you know I still gots my samples!), Monday Vlogs and interviews/profiles. Yep, I wanna do more interviewing, and I have a piece on K-pop superfandom coming up reeeeal soon.

I’m looking forward to being more available and more HERE with you guys. Thanks so much for all of your support, I don’t know if you realise how much it means to me, but it’s what keeps me rocking up and keeps me trying. I love blogging, I love the blogging community and I love interacting with all of you. It’s amazing to me. Thank you for everything.

See y’all soon!
