You may know that I recently started my Monday Vlog series, which is hopefully going to be a regular thing (occurring on a Monday, yknow?). On top of that multimedia onslaught, I bring you a backlog of vlogs which I took over the past year in Korea. Some of these are happy, some of them are lazy and some of them are just a bit weird. It’s a bit of a mixed bag, which is part of the fun!
Today’s instalment features me having a yarn about eating healthily in Korea. I know quite a few foreigners say this is a difficult thing to do, but I don’t think it really is – you just need to know what to do and when. You gotta time it right, and then strike while the iron’s hot. Those apples and lettuce leaves won’t wait for everyone, you know what I’m saying?!
If I’ve lost you already, never fear, because this video is sure to win you back. Have a look, have a think, marvel at my bland cooking and then let me know your thoughts about eating healthily in the comments (not actually eating in the comments, I mean eating healthily in your life… wherever you are… just not in the comments).
Yep… time for me to go to bed.
Until next time,
